Affiliate participation agreement

This agreement applies to participation in the QQSumo affiliate program. In this document, QQSumo is the program operator and the affiliate is the participating partner. Its purpose is to govern tracked links from the partner’s site to qqsumo.com and set the responsibilities of both parties.

Admission and promotional conduct

Participation begins with an application and approval. Use official tracking codes for referrals. Your presentation must not mislead visitors into confusing your site with QQSumo. Observe the FTC endorsement and disclosure requirements referenced by the program.

Promotional properties must not carry explicit, violent, discriminatory or illegal material. Toolbars, downloadable applications and browser helper software are prohibited promotion methods. Spam, fraud, false submissions, cookie stuffing, paid-search bidding on QQSumo trademarks, and brand-related cybersquatting or typosquatting are also prohibited.

Monitoring, revisions and termination

QQSumo may review an affiliate’s site and request changes. Fraud or a breach can end participation immediately. Either party may otherwise terminate by email at any time. The operator may revise this agreement, change the program or discontinue it with notice; revisions are communicated by email, and remaining in the program signifies acceptance.

Reporting, payment and permissions

Tracking and payment information are provided through the program’s third-party dashboard. Account access includes reporting, creative resources and commission information. Permission to use QQSumo branding is limited to affiliate promotion and can be revoked.

Risk and responsibility

The operator gives no assurance of program performance or continuous availability; participation is at the affiliate’s risk. You represent that you have authority to enter this agreement and to act for your site. QQSumo excludes liability for indirect loss, and its liability ceiling is the affiliate’s total earned commissions. The affiliate must protect QQSumo against claims resulting from misuse of the program.

Confidentiality and governing terms

Keep commercially sensitive program information confidential. The relationship is that of an independent contractor and is governed by California law. For the disclosure framework referenced above, consult the Federal Trade Commission; direct agreement questions to [email protected].
