Terms for using QQSumo

Effective date: July 2, 2025. This edition restates the existing terms in new wording; it does not introduce a different billing or refund agreement.

The agreement you enter

Using this website or its services signifies your acceptance of these conditions. The agreement is between the person using the service and QQSumo and covers access to the site, its products and its service features.

Your use and your account

The service supports social-account growth activities, including the Instagram strategies described in the relevant offer. You are responsible for observing Instagram’s terms and community rules. Use must be lawful and ethical. Misuse can lead to a temporary suspension or permanent removal of access.

Protect the confidentiality of your login details. Keeping those credentials secure is the account holder’s responsibility.

Billing condition carried forward

The retained terms state that payments recur until cancellation and that fees are not refundable. This wording is a billing condition, not a statement that every catalog package creates a subscription. Before paying, identify the payment arrangement shown for your selection and ask support to resolve any inconsistency with these terms.

Limits, ownership and account closure

QQSumo does not accept liability for performance problems arising from changes to Instagram’s API or misuse by a user. Access may be suspended or an account deleted when these conditions are breached. The website’s branding, content and software belong to QQSumo.
