Understanding a refill request

A refill addresses a drop in a delivered count under the existing refill policy. The rules below preserve that policy’s duration, calculation and exclusions.

The period and services covered

The policy provides no-charge refills for three years after an order is completed. Its stated scope covers the services delivered by QQSumo, including followers, reactions, views, subscribers and comments.

Three counts determine the result

The starting count is recorded when processing begins. Add the purchased quantity to that starting figure to obtain the target count. A refill is considered when the current count is below the target but has not fallen below the recorded start. The refill restores the difference up to the target.

For example, a destination beginning at 300 with an order for 700 has a target of 1,000. A later count of 820 leaves a gap of 180. A count of at least 1,000 requires no restoration; a count below 300 fails the starting-count eligibility test.

Access and processing

Keep the destination public so the counts can be checked. A private profile pauses processing. Approved requests usually begin within 24–48 hours, although platform changes and unusually high demand can extend that period.

What the policy excludes

Temporary movement while an order is still being delivered is not treated as a completed-order loss. Additional followers or interactions from another source cannot be counted as part of the verified delivery. The policy also excludes losses associated with a changed username, a private destination, content violations, platform penalties or simultaneous providers delivering the same service.

Send the details for a check

Supply the order number and public profile or content link through a support ticket, email at [email protected], WhatsApp at +1 424-205-5579 or the available live-chat channel. The team checks the record and applies the policy where the request qualifies.
